• Allow our AI assistant (Chloe) to guide you through intake and provide contextual assistance.

4. AI Assistant & Voice Data

Chloe, our AI prenup assistant, processes your voice and text conversations to collect intake information. Voice sessions are transcribed and analyzed to extract relevant data for your prenuptial agreement. Transcripts are stored securely and associated with your account. We do not use your voice data or conversation content for training AI models or any purpose other than preparing your documents.

5. Third-Party Services

We utilize the following third-party services:

• LiveKit — Secure real-time voice communication for Chloe voice sessions.
• Stripe — Payment processing. We never store your credit card information on our servers.
• xAI — AI language model powering Chloe's conversational abilities and document generation.
• Render — Secure cloud hosting for our application servers and database.

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and comply with applicable security and privacy standards.

6. Data Retention

Your account data and prenuptial agreement information are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@pureprenup.com. Upon account deletion, all personal data, voice transcripts, questionnaire answers, and generated documents will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

7. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and preferences (such as light/dark theme). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We may use anonymized analytics to improve our service, but this data cannot be traced back to any individual user.
