Terms of Service

1. Not a Law Firm; No Legal Advice

Pure Legal Technologies, Inc. (“PurePrenup”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a software platform, not a law firm. We provide an online portal and AI-powered tools to help individuals prepare their own prenuptial agreement documents.

At no time do we review your answers for legal sufficiency, draw legal conclusions, provide legal advice, opinions, or recommendations about your legal rights, remedies, defenses, options, selection of forms, or strategies. The documents generated by our platform are drafts intended for review by a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction before signing. The use of our services is not a substitute for the advice of an attorney.

2. Description of Services

PurePrenup provides AI-assisted prenuptial agreement preparation through voice and text-based intake with our AI assistant Chloe, a structured questionnaire, and automated document generation. Our services include:

• Voice and text consultation with Chloe, our AI prenup assistant.
• A guided questionnaire to collect financial disclosure and prenup preferences.
• AI-generated prenuptial agreement drafts customized to your state and circumstances.
• The ability to review, edit, and regenerate your documents.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our platform and the documents generated by it only for your personal use. You may not resell, distribute, reproduce, or otherwise exploit our generated documents, AI software, voice agent technology, or any proprietary content for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. We generate documents based on your input — inaccurate or incomplete information will result in documents that may not reflect your intentions or legal requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access our services, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Billing & Refund Policy

Our services are offered through the following pricing structure:

• Voice Consultation: Billed at $25 per hour of voice time with Chloe, metered in tenths of an hour ($2.50 per 6-minute increment). Usage is billed monthly through your Stripe subscription.
• Prenup Document Download: A one-time fee for generating and downloading your completed prenuptial agreement.

Because our platform grants immediate access to proprietary AI consultation and document generation technology, refunds are issued only at our sole discretion or in cases where our software failed to deliver the promised services. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension of your account and revocation of access to generated documents.

6. AI-Generated Content

Documents and responses generated by our AI assistant Chloe are produced by artificial intelligence and are not reviewed by a human attorney. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or provisions that are not enforceable in your jurisdiction. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated prenuptial agreements are drafts, not final legal documents.
• You should have any generated document reviewed by a licensed attorney before signing.
• We do not guarantee the legal enforceability of any document produced by our platform.
• Laws vary by state — provisions valid in one state may not be enforceable in another.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, AI models, user interface designs, branding, and content on our platform are the intellectual property of Pure Legal Technologies, Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for personal document preparation purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Legal Technologies, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to:

• Damages arising from reliance on AI-generated documents without independent legal review.
• Loss of data due to technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Legal consequences of signing documents generated by our platform.
• Interruptions to service availability.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse our AI systems, or use our services for any unlawful purpose. Upon termination, your access to generated documents may be revoked.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Chatham County, Georgia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
